Conference fees

The virtual participation fee covers online materials as well as technical support and online networking activities. The on-site registration fee covers ALL local expenses, including accommodation on the place of conference venue, full board, refreshments during coffee breaks, and conference materials.

• The registration fee for accompanying person is 350 EUR.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Please note, that the reduced fee is connected with the date of payment via bank transfer, not with registration date.
• Registration of the participant failing to pay the registration fee before August 15, 2021, may be cancelled. If for any reason it is not possible to pay the registration fee via bank transfer, please contact the local organizing committee linstat2020(at)ics.upjs.sk.
• We would like to make a note that the payment of the fee for virtual participation does not mean that your cannot change the decision later and participate in person. If one decide to come to Bedlewo, the difference in the fee can be still payed.
• If you are a memeber of a Polish Institution and you would like to pay the fee in PLN, please, contact Katarzyna Filipiak (katarzyna.filipiak(at)put.poznan.pl).

Method of payment

Payment should be made in Euro (EUR) by bank transfer. Please check that the participants name is clearly legible in order to ensure that the payment will be correctly registered.

The payment must be free of bank charges to the receiver.

IMPORTANT: Note, that to get an invoice, you must give the name of your university, its address and all other details that needed. If your payment is made by a private person, full name and address is required.
